The ITIL 4 publication defines a sum of 34 so called Management Practices. These were mainly the good old ITIL Processes before, but they include former functions like the Service Desk as well. ITIL 4 distinguishes between General Practices, Service Practices and Technical Practices. The linked document contains one slide per practice as an overview.
